What do you enjoy most about working at Ecorobotix?
The challenge. Sustainability is constantly evolving, so you have to be able to “move with the times” in marketing as well as in other areas of business. Also the people. Even though we come from different worlds, I feel close to them and I feel like part of a sports team. We’re working towards a common goal.
What prompted you to apply for this position?
I’ve worked in several different positions within the company. From student jobs to the final stage of my studies. Now I want to make my own contribution in a fixed role.
What can you find at Ecorobotix that you can’t find elsewhere?
I haven’t had much experience before, but I can say that the team atmosphere is incredible.

You joined the company a few months ago. How did you feel welcomed?
I felt welcomed from the start. Everyone was very friendly and I felt like I was arriving in a family. You quickly feel at ease and it puts you in a good mood right away!
What did you find here that you did not find elsewhere?
In our team, sharing our expertise is very important. When faced with a technical challenge, we share our ideas before making a decision. We agree before we move forward together. This is very valuable.
What do you enjoy most about working at Ecorobotix?
Here, everyone recognizes our qualities and skills and uses them to their advantage. Elsewhere, our qualities are sometimes used but not highlighted. Here, we are respected. Everyone is treated equally.

You are one of the latest arrivals. What made you apply?
I liked the fact that this project was a bit futuristic and I wanted to do something for the environment. I like the start-up, sustainable development aspect, combined with the technological, robotic and artificial intelligence aspect.
How was the recruitment process and your first days at work?
From the beginning of the recruitment process, I was struck by the very human side. When I started, I received a very warm welcome. The welcome was personalized down to the last detail. The team was ready and I felt expected.
What do you like about working at Ecorobotix?
I like the dynamism and flexibility of organization in relation to the tasks, as well as the possibility of taking on different responsibilities. You feel that different opinions count for a lot and are valued. You can feel that this project has a soul and that everyone wants to make it a success. Colleagues do not hesitate to share their expertise. There is a lot of knowledge sharing. I also like the fact that there are many activities organized outside of work (outings, sports). It’s very informal, without obligation.

What motivates you to get up in the morning and go to work?
I’m motivated to go to work because I know that by working at Ecorobotix I’m helping to improve the environment around me. I’m lucky enough to be involved in projects that not only improve life at work, but also have an impact on the planet.
Team strengths:
The Ecorobotix team is young and dynamic. They were able to make me feel at home very quickly thanks to their warm welcome. I look forward to arriving at the office in the morning and socializing over a coffee or collaborating on a project, whether it’s with my department or another. A big plus of our team is that it’s not compartmentalized, and all the departments talk to each other.
What do you like about working at Ecorobotix?
I like working at Ecorobotix because I know that no door will be closed to me here. At the moment, my work is mainly focused on accounting, but I know that if I want to learn more, the company will adapt with me. I’m very grateful for this flexibility and for knowing that I can go back to school or reorientate my tasks according to what interests me and what the company needs.

I’m lucky enough to have 2 activities that allow me to work with many different colleagues and to be involved in several projects at once. It’s very rewarding and I’m faced with new challenges every day!
